A Shopify alumni and former Merchant Success Manager, Irene Krueger joins Pattern to focus on strategic agency growth on the West Coast.

Pattern, a Shopify Plus Partner since 2018 and a leading digital design and eCommerce agency, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Irene Krueger as the new Agency Growth Manager.

Based in Los Angeles, Irene brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent several years working in eCommerce and digital marketing, most recently as an Merchant Success Manager at Shopify. Irene is also a small business owner and Shopify merchant herself and possess an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges faced by small businesses and founder-led brands as they scale up. In her new role, Irene will be responsible for driving agency growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and lead generation, and working closely with the agency's clients to ensure their success.
